RUCHI BACHANI - Chief Strategic Officer, Ruchi comes from a media and communication background. In the last nine years, she has extensively worked and has created an impact in the social business ecosystem through her skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management, government consulting and liaison, people development, and change management. In her previous role, she managed and led the prestigious LAMP Fellowship, a flagship program of PRS Legislative Research. In addition, she has created a proof of concept on bringing partners for sourcing women entrepreneurs for conducting entrepreneurship mindset training at Udhyam Learning Foundation. She specializes in building teams, leading large-scale programs, change management, government consulting, venturing into unknown territory, and creating a proof of concept for the organization to scale.

LALIT KUMAR PUROHIT - Program Admin, Lalit brings over 15 years of rich administration experience across program operations and Management of Information Systems (MIS).  He has worked with organizations like Lokh Jumbis Project, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, American Indian Foundation Trust, and Yuva Social Friends Society. Lalit holds a bachelor's degree in Education, Journalism, and Mass Communication as well as an o-level certification in computers.

PRATHEEK ABRAHAM - Lead Fundraiser, Pratheek brings over 9+ years of varied experience across program design, fundraising, value chain studies, business planning, micro-enterprise development, impact evaluation, and programming.
He has worked with organizations like Sattva, IFHD, Traidcraft, TechnoServe, and Morgan Stanley in full-time and consulting roles. He also co-founded Ahavah Crafts—a social enterprise focused on improving the livelihoods of artisans and producers and reviving traditional art forms, and V For Change—a platform for promoting volunteer tourism in rural India.
Pratheek holds a Master's degree in Management from MDI, Gurgaon and ESCP Europe, Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from BITS, Pilani.

PRIYANK RAVAL - Finance and Accounts, Priyank has over 9+ years of experience in finance and accounting, maintaining books of accounts, audits, data analysis, finance consulting, donor reports, budget vs. actuals, and FCRA company's books of accounts. Priyank is working with Kaivalya Education Foundation, Piramal Foundation, and Piramal Foundation For Education Leadership. Priyank holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, and Inter CA from ICAI, Delhi.
